The service has always been excellent-... read more When I am in Halifax or meeting friends there......I always choose to have coffee at Second Cup and I LIKE this location. The service has always been excellent--very friendly staff, great energy and I love their coffee. The seating area is always clean and I like the big comfy chairs and fireplace.

I have always found Second Cup to be less pretentious then Starbucks. This is definitely a good spot to go to when you want to plan a coffee meet up or date. She was friendly, att... read more This isn't my usual location for Second Cup, but I was in Bayer's Lake for the day. I wasn't having the best time, but Hannah was amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and even recommended a sweet treat that I ended up loving. I would give this experience a 10/10!
