We opted for downstair... read more A classic staple on the Halifax waterfront. Sally’s offers two menus. Their downstairs and upstairs, the latter being a bit more upscale. We opted for downstairs and sat outsideSteamed mussels were delicious and extra buttery. Lobster roll was okay, although coming from Quebec I would have preferred it in a traditional roll vs a croissant. It was a bit too much bread vs lobster ratio. Fish tacos were good, but again with shredded lettuce and mayo toppings, they fell a bit flat.Shoe string fries were delicious.The server was attentive and kind, checked on us often even though most of the tables were inside.I would still recommend this spot especially silly those visiting from out of town to get a traditional Halifax meal and great view.
