Also our food was ridiculously fast. (Like wildly fast). We ordered I went to the washroom and got back and it was on the table. We ordered the burger week burger and it was SOOO good ?, it does not come with a side but we got Parmesan truffle fries which were also super good ! The atmosphere is also very modern and fun, I’d definitely recommend this spot !

The burger we tried during their burger bash was satisfyingly dense and juicy, with a good balance of flavors from the toppings. The beef short rib came with a large bone, giving it a rustic and hearty presentation that felt like a dish fit for refined cave-dwellers. While the amount of meat on the rib was a bit overwhelming, it was exactly what we expected from a restaurant that focuses on meat. Unfortunately, the beef tartare was average at best. It was lean and lacked in flavor.

My wife had muscles to start in a cream sauce and was really fresh and the taste was great. I had the steak tartar served with an egg yoke and toasted bread and was amazing. For the main meal we both had the short rib with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. The short rib was so tender and the was out of this world and the mashed potatoes were so good creamy and had garlic in them. I would recommend Primal Kitchen to everyon
