The flavors are impressively authentic, with the kind of balance and depth you expect from well-executed Vietnamese cuisine. I enjoyed it so much that I came back the next day specifically for the B6 vermicelli bowl (grilled pork, grilled chicken, and spring rolls). The meats were expertly grilled with a nice smoky char, the spring roll added the perfect crunch, and the vermicelli was fresh and light. The herbs and sauce tied everything together beautifully. A solid 4 stars — consistent, flavorful, and definitely worth revisiting. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sidewalk wasn’t plowed after the snowfall, which made access a bit inconvenient. That aside, the food itself is outstanding and absolutely worth returning for.
