Maybe it was the time of day we went (mid-afternoon) but the service was slow. The food was okay. I felt like the portion for the "Mexican Flag" enchiladas was a little small. Two tiny enchiladas with a big bed of rice. My boyfriend had the burrito salad which came with a side of chips. More salad and less chips would've been better. I don't think I would recommend this place unless you've got low standards on Mexican food.

As a Mexican-America I'm always curious to try Mexican cuisine in different areas and we had already had amazing food the day before so we decided to try this place for lunch the next day. It is in the middle of town however its hidden up a flight of stairs and through some hallways. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had the fajitas with all the sides. Everything was good but nothing that wowed - just normal. The margaritas were not good at all - too sour and they tasted as if there was no liquor in it. Overall nothing terrible but not a place we would go out of our way to eat at.

My first time going to Mexi's & I had been looking forward to it for awhile !!! Their sangria is $12 a pitcher all day on Saturday ! Must say, the food is nothing close to gourmet, kind of cheap quality and overpriced... but hey... I wasn't there for the food... I was there for the sangria (the food was a plus) ! Sangria was strong, but still tasted absolutely delicious & for the price how could you go wrong ! Loved the atmosphere in the place as well ! Can't wait for the next time we go for cheap drink specials !!

This place is now called Mexi's same ownership, but was told menu was changed 4 months ago). In a nutshell food was expensive and pretty disgusting. Went there tonight, and found out it was taco Tuesdays. We ordered a 7 layer dip as an appetizer and it was more like fried up ground chuck with sour cream and guacamole mixed in. Bland flavor and not what was described. Tried 3 out of 4 of their tacos: had the fish, chicken and beef, and again pretty disgusting. The fish one was a deep fried frozen fished nugget served in a taco could even taste the freezer burn). Their only saving grace is their the great service, rooftop patio and amazing strawberry mango margaritas. Would come here again for drinks,.but will definitely be eating somewhere else as food is terrible.

A terrible place!! It wasn't busy and only one waitress!!! Terrible service! I couldn't eat my food till I got a ginger ale to take my lactaid pills and my husband had to go to the bar and get it! My fries tasted like mold, she said that's not possible but it did; so bad food and terrible service equals to a horrible experience! We will not be coming back
