I'm not going to buy something because it's in the reward offers when I don't want that item. Also not everyone is computer savvy. Simplify the app. It takes too long and holds up people behind one.Dietary restrictions: Gluten and lactose free might be a good option.

The counter having a single cash register when the gap between it, the cafe display, and the serving counter is a mile wide makes it feel like anyone could just waltz into the kitchen, and as a whole it feels like they arbitrarily threw up walls where there didn't need to be. The addition of a window for doordash orders is nice to keep crowds down, but with the kitchen now more tucked away it also feels like a window to watch the peons toil, while before the renovation I would find a little bit of comfort being in the presence of other people making the best of their work day. Overall, the isolating vibe of a pay-per-hour rage room makes the already mediocre food not even worth walking the three minutes for. I bet it would have been cheaper to just hang real particle boards. Feels like an experiment thats very out of place. The lack of employees out front makes it feel so empty compared to the old layout. The self serve kiosk still doesn’t scan your app qr code.
