What User likes about Lower Deck - Downtown Halifax:
Pan fried haddock, rice pilaf & veggies were excellent and cooked just right. Fast & friendly service up on the middle deck. We were heading to the casino to see Kim Mitchell so our waitress made sure we got in & out fir supper in a timely manner which was awesome too! View all feedback. We ( my daughter, my wife and I) wanted to have lunch on August 5, 2017 around 2 pm. We sat at a table inside and waited for 15 minutes. Although multiple waitresses walked all around our table, none ever acknowledge our presence so we walked out to find another establishment in the area. read moreThe Lower Deck in Halifax received mixed reviews on service, atmosphere, food, and entertainment. Some patrons enjoyed the live music, friendly staff, and East Coast vibe. However, others were disappointed with long waits, overcrowded events, and unsatisfactory meals. The presence of rowdy, intoxicated crowds was concerning for some. Despite varying experiences, the restaurant remains a popular spot for live music, casual dining, and a taste of maritime culture. With reasonable prices and a vibrant ambiance, the Lower Deck is recommended for those seeking a lively night out in Halifax.
