Spent some time in Europe and always loved the pizza over there. Didn't make you feel bad like it was fast food when you ordered it at a restaurant. What User doesn't like about La Piazza:
Well, I was excited to try this place. It's very inviting from the outside, with a nice, cute little patio beside a busy road. They have many seafood dishes, but "specialize" in wood fired pizzas.Ordered the mussels, which were only ok. A couple of them seemed a bit uncooked. The wood oven pizzas at this place are incredibleIf you're a mushroom lover I'd recommend the fungi.
I enjoy their patio and it is wonderful they keep it open late into the fall with heaters.
Reasonable coffee, shame about the service When I entered La Piazza, I was looking for a coffee to sit in with in a proper cup or mug.

We had a gluten free tuscan as my fiancée is celiac and I had a regular spinach pizza. I had some of hers and couldn't really tell the difference in crust. I wish I had ordered GF too so she could have tried mine. Awesome place. Definitely going back to work my way through all the different pizzas. She also really enjoyed the mussels she got, they were a large portion for $10 or so.

Also ordered the Mediterranean pizza and my apprehensions from the other reviews I read were very true. The pizza was bland, soggy in the middle and way too cheesy. it was edible, but it certainly wasn't a $20 pizza.Unfortunately, I'm not going to try this place again or recommend it to anyone.
