Purchased a 10pcs hot and spicy meal (3 sides) had to wait 35 mins for hot and spicy; got the order and got home a piece of chicken could not be identified; it appeared to be a piece of skin that was fried. Food: 1 Service: 1
Ordered slider burgers from KFC on Titus Street and was really disappointed. The sliders were extremely small , definitely not worth the price. Also, I requested Smokey BBQ dip but they sent two packs of plum dip instead — not even close to what I ordered. Needs better attention to order details and quality. I had a disappointing experience at KFC. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the fries were too salty, and the gravy was very thin. I will definitely think twice before ordering from KFC again.

This meal was the most overpriced and disappointing we have ever had. The chicken was not fully breaded and was soggy with grease. It is a shame that the staff would serve such low quality food.
