Kfc - Halifax

Very poor management . Please take your hair nets seriously and wear them properly. As nobody wants to eat food with you hair inside.

I had the sandwich of the day which was the Zinger, it was hot, fresh and spicy. I also had a poutine and some fried chicken. I find the fries have to be really fresh to make a good poutine and they weren't the greatest, it was a bit on the soggy side. The chicken pieces are very small nowadays, especially the thighs, usually only a few bites per piece, but they tasted like KFC chicken should. The lady at the front counter was very pleasant and asked me to fill out a survey based on my experience, which I will do as well.

The food was okay, but there was a lack of seating here, which is not appreciated. Went here sometime during the first week of July.

We weren't sure what we wanted, so we were hanging back, looking. An older gentleman came up to us and told us to Google KFC coupons. He was excited about the deal he just had. It was sweet. Found deal we wanted and attendant tells us it's an order on line only deal. Had to go outside to parking lot, download app, order food on line, use coupon and go back inside to pick up! Lol sounds strange but got 2 fries, 4 pieces chicken, and 2 small servings of popcorn chicken of $10 Cad plus tax. The young lady at the cash was great. BTW, took 5 mins from placing order for it to be ready.

A KIOSK would be more respectful. Food quality is pathetic and the staff never bother to make the orders in they way they want to be. Worst !
