Hydrostone At Night - Halifax

I cannot praise this restaurant enough, and this is coming from someone who used to specialize in making artisanal pizza for a living. The food and service go beyond just being excellent - it truly is an exceptional dining experience.

There are plenty of vegan options available at this restaurant! I tried the original dish but with tofu ricotta instead of cheese, and added lots of veggies - it was delicious! Even my friend, who isn't vegan, enjoyed it.

My favorites at this restaurant are the meatball hero (but I prefer it without olives in the sauce), the breakfast calzone, and any pizza on the menu. I have not had a chance to dine there since their recent renovations.
