The... read more I ordered the Big Harv double burger along with a drink and fries, which I upgraded to poutine for an additional $2.50. The food arrived very hot and fresh. The poutine was delicious, and the burger was tasty as well, though it was quite messy and dripping. Next time, I'll go lighter on the sauce. The staff were friendly, too.

I ordered a burger that was made to order, served quickly and efficiently, and I loved being able to customize it with a variety of toppings. What truly made my experience outstanding was the cheerful and professional service I received from Cathy. In today's fast-paced world, it was refreshing to meet someone like Cathy, who genuinely enjoys her job and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Hats off to Cathy for brightening my day during my burger stop!

I placed a mobile order and specifically asked the person at the drive-thru window if it was a meal, and they explicitly told me it wasn 't. Only when I got home did I realize it was, in fact, just the burger. This repeated lack of attention to detail is truly disappointing.
