The broth was rich and full of flavor, the eggs were fantastic, and the noodles were cooked to perfection. I highly recommend adding an extra egg and making the broth extra spicy; it enhances the flavor without being overwhelming. I visited in the afternoon on a sunny day due to a craving, but anytime I've been here, the service has been impressively quick. The atmosphere is vibrant yet quiet enough for a good conversation. It's definitely a perfect spot to enjoy on a rainy day or during the winter months.

They also offer a tasty korokke (croquette) if you're looking for a veggie appetizer. The tables each have some additional toppings as well if you want to kick it up a notch.I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options for Japanese brews and liquors their sake was smooth and tasty nothing fancy, but just nice to have the option available on a cold day.Would recommend checking it out if you have an itch for ramen in the downtown core.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian/vegan options available
