I was told by my server that cross contamination is possible. Very little GF options. No gluten free bread or burger buns and when I asked for the burger without a bun I was told it had gluten in it. View all feedback.
Nice food and interesting local wines. Definitely worth booking and probably worth asking for an outside seat if weather warm enough. Waitress very helpful. Booking essential in the evening. The only downside (and this was definitely not the fault of the restaurant) was we were...sat next to a rather unpleasant couple of gentlemen who were constantly swearing during our entire visit. Had the restaurant been less busy, I would have requested to move tables. Spacing of tables quite close. We actually visited july 2019.
This restaurant was a referral and did not disappoint. Reservations a few days in advance a must as gets very busy and books up quickly. Scallops outstanding, the beef short rib dinner very big but so good. To top it off, caramel cake that can...feed 2 or more
The whole experience was awesome. Fantastic location with a view out to sea, great interesting menu including local wines and craft beers, superb food presentation and flavours and probably the best server I've had the pleasure of experiencing in many many years. Wish I'd caught...her name as its definitely worth a mention. Not only will I recommend but I hope to return soon!
We came here twice on a long weekend, that’s how good it was! Highly recommend the seafood stew and beef short ribs. For lunch, the burger tasted amazing! Loved the ambience too, can’t go wrong!
Great atmosphere. Amazing lobster corn chowder that was one of the best I have ever tasted. Also enjoyed the lobster linguine. Reasonable prices and right by the harbour. Highly recommend!
