It’s a dessert place targeted to tourists but you have to try it. Lots of options and they’ll even cut them in half of you ask. I can finally say I’ve had one. View all feedback.
Great location on the very touristy waterfront boardwalk. Reasonably friendly and busy, hard working staff. Our first visit to one of these and didn 't know what to expect. Purchased a maple variety with one scoop of ice cream which promptly appeared about 2 minutes later. The 'tail ' was less doughy and more crispy crunchy than we expected (a GOOD thing). Also super hot (quickly melted most of the ice cream) and incredibly messy to eat. You really have to eat with your hands and sadly they didn 't have any hand sanitizer cleaner. Also, they provided napkins in the box.... which they then put the 'tail ' and pastry on top of, so they were soaked and a mess. Luckily the public bathrooms are nearby for washing your hands and paper towels. We actually both enjoyed this more than we thought and found it very tasty, but not sure if it is worth the pricey $8USD we paid (perhaps the boardwalk location is more expensive). Overall a fun tourist treat.
Visiting this sweet haven has been an absolute joy and delight. Nestled amongst the bustling locale, this quaint confectionery specializes in everything from delicious pastries to incredibly satisfying ice cream and sundaes. Yet it is not just their sweet offerings that will tantalize your taste buds; their refreshing, cold lemonade drinks provide a welcome reprieve from the summer heat. The array of bite sized treats is nothing short of perfection, making it almost impossible to choose just one! The staff at this establishment truly shines, making the experience even more memorable. Lily and Korynn are the absolute dream team. Their service is consistently top notch, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home from the moment you step through the door. They are not only knowledgeable about the sweet treats they serve but are also eager to make recommendations based on your preferences. Jamie, the manager, leads this team superbly, ensuring the quality and service at this establishment remain unparalleled. His passion for the business and dedication to customer satisfaction is apparent and makes this a place you will want to revisit time and again. In conclusion, this shop is more than just a place that serves sweet treats it's an experience. From the mouth watering pastries to the refreshing lemonade, the impeccable service, and the warm, inviting ambiance, every aspect is designed to ensure a delightful visit. So if you find yourself in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by your taste buds will thank you.

Visited this area on a cruise. The beavertail is an elephant ear meets donut. We had the traditional with cinnamon sugar.
I ordered the one with bananas and chocolate,it was quite good but I prefer the Beaver tails at Ottawa.
