Today got cold fries with the bag deal after being in line 15 minutes, last week ordered the same thing, but instead of putting my fries in the bag I find hashbrowns instead, I didn't ask for any substitutions. Today, I waited 32 minu... read more I am a doordasher and I rarely come here, but I've probably been here 5 times in the past 3 months, and every time it has been horrific. Today, I waited 32 minutes for my customer's order to be completed even though the store was not that busy. Instead, I had to listen to the employees, complain about the general manager, deciding to leave early. And how she abandoned them an hour previous, and it was really unprofessional for them to do this with customers. Like I said every time I have came to this store. It has been nothing but problems with extremely long wait times and it seems as though nobody takes their job serious.
