I'm not sure how many complaints this place has received about incorrect orders, but it seems like a lot. This morning, I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Simply Bacon sandwiches on an English muffin. The order was entered correctly on the menu board, but when I went to heat them up for lunch, I discovered they had given me sausage instead of bacon. Where is their quality control or review process? This isn't the first mistake I've had here, and when I've tried to contact them about it, my concerns have gone unheard. This is probably the worst Tim's I've ever visited.
The service was awful. Our order was riddled with mistakes on items that we didn't customize, half of it was missing, and we were overcharged. When I pointed out the errors at the counter, the cashier argued with me, trying to read off numbers and prices that didn’t match the correct total, and then dismissed me to help other customers. I don't often go to Tim Hortons, and this experience certainly confirmed our low expectations for the brand.
A complete joke. If there was a survey, this would be the worst Tim Horton’s in Ontario, maybe even the worst in Canada.Parking: A horrible layout, surprised more people don’t get hit in the parking lot.
A quick and affordable spot for coffee and desserts; it's a place that kids will absolutely enjoy!
Friendly, attentive service from a mature employee. Didn't have what I wanted but got it made for me. And the greatest surprise of all: Hot water from the washroom sink!
