It was simply reopened under new management. Honestly, not much has changed yet. I found the food bit salter then I like and little depth in not sure how to describe it exactly, but it was their first day open in a month, so in sure that it will soon find its step. Came in on a Saturday for lunch, it took about fifteen minutes to get acknowledged and put in a drink order, then just over an hour for our food to come out, flavor was okay, but everything was cold, didn't complain because at this point we were in a rush to get out, we have things to do and it's been over an hour plus. Great food, great servers and great owner. Never have had a bad meal. Everything is always cooked to perfection. Portions are large. Just enough choices on the menu. I had the lamb and it was absolutely delicious.
It's worth noting that despite being called Tap and Grill, they only had four beers on tap. Given the limited drink options, the long wait time, the cold food, and higher prices for what felt like frozen items, I cannot recommend this place or see myself returning.
Compared to what they used to offer, the food was disappointing. I was quite let down, as the menu has changed significantly. Oddly, every dish my friends and I ordered had herbs mixed in, even the fries, which gave everything a peculiar flavor. However, I did really appreciate the renovations they completed.
Lamb! It's my favorite! The lamb dip was excellent, just like always. My favorite soup, beef barley, was the special today. The other special featured an open-faced hot hamburger with fries, and the appetizer option was breaded broccoli. I am never disappointed with the food or the service. By the way, the Christmas tree is stunning!
We went for lunch. Good service. Nice interior Comfortable and clean. Food arrived hot and freshly made.
