The staff member was incredibly rude, and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. When I asked for her name to file a complaint, she outright refused to provide it. Additionally, the sandwich she made was unappealing and excessively salty. I highly recommend steering clear of this place!

I asked her name but she would not tell me because I wanted to complain. She made a ugly sandwich and wasvery salty too. Avoid at all costs!

The lady that works at this location is just plain rude, if you are doing a pickup order she will make you wait until everyone waiting for subs to be made is finished before she hands you your already made food. Then when youfinally do get your food she just plops it on the counter with an attitude and looks at you with disgust. The first time thishappened I though maybe she's had a bad day but I've been to this location 3-4 times now and its always the same. After readingthe reviews it seems like this is just who she is a person. Today will be the last time they get my business.
