The sausage was completely... read more The taste of what we were able to eat was great. The eggs had to be reheated as they were cold. We only got 3 pieces of French toast. The sausage was completely dry and way overcooked and we asked for extra crispy hashbrowns but we got dry and way over crispy hashbrowns that were so hard you had trouble chewing them.

The older waiter had a rude attitude towards the other staff members. To make matters worse, they were out of stock on several items. I hope they can improve.

Tai Bria opened the door for me seeing I was alone with a toddler and stroller. I was pleasantly surprised when she was also our server and take out server. Even with many hats she gave excellent fast and pleasant service. She even settled an unhappy table near us and didn?t skip a beat. The entrance was a bit far from the parking area but I won?tfault the establishment for that. The food was delicious, hot, and great portions. The overall cleanliness I would give a 4/5star because the entry and bathrooms needed a little attention but overall nice. This place has a modern up to date feel withgreat service and good food. It?s my go-to ihop location.

At 6:00 PM, and less than 6 tables occupied, it took over 1 hour to get our food, which was cold then another 10 minutes just for plastic utensils, and 7 minutes for the syrup. I requested extra crispyhashbrowns, they were soft and cold. Our waitress was absolutely God awful!!! We had to go search for her. She was seated at aback table chatting with others employees. Our waitress was Mahogony. IHOP store 3535 Inv./chk. 5488 Date. 11/5/22. 16:30 Billfor breakfast. $52.78 We will be contacting headquarters hoping to get some sort of satisfaction, since clearly, our foodsucks!!! As much as I hate to play the race card...we were the ONLY whites in there, and people who ordered after us, were donetheir meal, as ours was being served.
