### Restaurant Review: A Frustrating Experience This restaurant faces significant challenges, primarily stemming from poor customer service and long wait times. I highly recommend the services of Sanjeev and Sonia. They are extremely professional and consistently prepare my food perfectly. However, the team on duty the other night provided terrible customer service and was very rude.
I wish I could give it no stars!! I ordered from here about a month ago via the app and NEVER received my food nor my money back!!!!!!!!! I have tried calling the store so many times I can?t even count them all and I?ve contacted customer support allto no avail! So would I recommend? NEVER!!!! They lost my business permanently! The photos shown were taken at 1:35 p.m. and3:35 p.m. the day of the order which was November 23, 2021
Stood to be waited on for 20 min when I was finally waited on I ordered THE BOSS and the older guy tried to give me regular mozzarella instead of the fresh mozzarella that comes with it then when I asked for extra veg. He proceeded to break thegreen peppers in half and at the end of it all he still tried to charge me extra for the fresh mozzarella worst subway I'drather had went to another on
