This place is a big magnet for passerby, so we had a short wait to order and then to get our food, but it wasn't too bad and the view of Kluane National Park from their deck can't be beat. Oh, the burgers were good, too! View all feedback.

Check your order before you leave for takeout! Husband ordered a schnitzel burger and asked for no pickles multiple times and it came with pickles. I ordered a ham and swiss sandwich (thinking it would be a hot sandwich, it was a regular cold sandwich). Did not get any cheese on it. Also didn't get a fork for my salad. View all feedback.
Ate here twice while traveling the Alaska Highway. We shared a very large banana split, which was very good. The other visit we had Burgers which were good. Prices were reasonable.

Great burger joint. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our dinner, burgers were plentiful and delicious. Lots of things to choose from on the menu. Room to eat inside or out.
While staying in Haines Junction for a festival, I took my daughter to Frosty Freeze for ice cream. I perused their menu, but wasn't sure there was anything on the menu I could safely eat; unfortunately I have a variety of food allergies. They were super busy at the counter, so I sent a message via FB asking for clarification about some of the menu items. I was astonished to get a message back within five minutes. The item I was most interested in would not work for my dietary restrictions. Whomever communicated with me via FB then asked me what my allergies are, and recommended a green salad with a grilled chicken breast. Initially I was hesitant to order a salad at a roadside burger stand, but with limited dining options in Haines Junction, I decided to try it out another evening for dinner. Wow was I amazed! The salad was delightful; the greens and other veggies were so fresh. Best green salad I've had at a restaurant in a while. The chicken was cooked perfectly and well-spiced. I really appreciate that such a small shop made an effort to accommodate my special dietary limits. I highly recommend.
Great Menu- Reasonably priced for Yukon. Different flavours of soft serve ice cream. Ice cream was a nice treat and pizza -deluxe with Elk Sausage was amazing- not sure how I felt about the large slices of tomato on it but I did not clarify what was on a deluxe- regardless the pizza was good, veggies still had some crunch- perfectly cooked. Small pizza was way more than what two adults needed that’s for sure. Definitely a hot spot.
