Was CubanWaters at Hewitt's Dairy Bar a mag?
This restaurant is old-fashioned and simple, but it hits the mark with its delicious ice cream treats and grilled dishes. There aren't many places like this left. It was my first time back in 45 years and surprisingly, it looked exactly how I remembered. It's a fantastic spot for a classic meal of sandwiches and milkshakes. I hope to return sooner next time. The service at this restaurant is terrible. I enjoy Hewitt's ice cream and milkshakes, but the current staff lacks proper customer service skills. They were constantly engaged in private conversations while working, it took 15 minutes to receive my milkshake, and I was completely ignored by the staff. I have no plans to return. Over the past 30 years on our way home from Port Dover, we stop at Hewitts Dairy Bar. We have never been disappointed! Do not be discouraged by the line up (which may extend outside), as the line moves swiftly. The reward is some of the best ice cream that you will ever enjoy. We had the blueberry cheesecake and chocolate ripple. The ice cream was creamy and the portions are generous. Please make sure that you stop at this iconic dairy bar and you will not be disappointed!

Best old school Ice Cream/Dairy bar in the world! My kids beg me to stop every time we are driving even remotely close to this place.This place has tons of different flavours of old school country ice cream.Great milk shakes, and they even have a restaurant side where you can order food as well.
