Apparently due to the owner's limited language skills, all dishes were delivered with rice. Unfortunately, when we complained by phone, the owner denied any wrongdoing and immediately and unethically shifted all blame onto the customer. Reaching an agreement was therefore impossible. We found this behavior extremely rude. We will never use this restaurant's services again.
