On Friday night, we didn't have a reservation but were warmly greeted by a friendly doorman. We were seated at a perch near the door, which was not ideal but understandable due to how busy it was. Our server was very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations. Our water was constantly refilled and the drinks were good - my friend particularly enjoyed the East 8 Hold Up. I gave it 4 stars because I believe there are better cocktail bars in the area in terms of innovation and taste. However, I would definitely return to High Water in the future.
My friends and I had a fantastic experience at this cocktail bar. Elio and Roy took care of us and their knowledge of drinks blew us away. We had a great time at this place and would highly recommend it.
