We were seated at a perch near the door, which was not ideal but understandable due to how busy it was. Our server was very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations. Our water was constantly refilled and the drinks were good - my friend particularly enjoyed the East 8 Hold Up. I gave it 4 stars because I believe there are better cocktail bars in the area in terms of innovation and taste. However, I would definitely return to High Water in the future.
