it is surprising to find a bar in the uber-trendy shoreditch that is not overpriced and full of businessmen, but the red lion is well hidden enough to disturb the relaxed and friendly crowd of people who only want to sit in the sun and drink not disturbed. View all feedback.

Amazing dach terrace bar in hoxton, great pizza and burger, fresh beer in london. tables for up to 3 hours booked, perfect time and much shadow on the dach.

Last night, my colleagues and I drank on their terrace when a group of bouncers came in and told us one of us had drunk from the outside, which I did not see. once outside, one of my colleagues wanted to revive his bag he had left in himself, so I said I would go to find it that I am a very diplomatic person I could get and go. Looking for a beer garden in hoxton? the dach terrace at the red lion, directly at the hoxton square, is a beautiful alternative to other famous places like queen of hoxton. in his a little jugendclubby especially in the third floor with table a football table, but it really is all about outside on the dach in the summer.
This place is a proper pub that just happens to be frequented by hipsters. And, apparently, they have a roof garden! I've never ventured up there, but have come here a few times to have some of the cheapest drinks you can get in the area. The place just feels like someone's living room, which is what I like about it, all mismathed furniture, cosy and close, tall lamps and a fireplace. They haven't succumbed to the trend of craft beers or biodynamic wines you can get lagers like Stella and the wine tastes like the stuff you drink in Wetherspoons but it's a laid back, non-pretentious place, a little off the beaten track. Worth checking out.
