My own and my partner randomly stumbled a Sunday on this little gem and decided to grab a table for a roast. I was surprised that this little eckkneipe had a great menu for eating and for wine and ales! we had a sweetest game terrine to start and a chicken and bark roasted large portion sizes and full taste, all washed by their customized jugged hare pale ale. with super friendly and attentive service it could not have been more pleasant our time! can not wait to come back!
Very nice. friendly staff make them welcome as soon as they enter through the door. I am here in a strange hour between midday and evening dinner, but fortunately the kitchen stays right through. I love the mix of people from all age groups (in prams to white hairs) and all the smarter and some customers too. / large selection of be on tap from local breweries to something that looks like its from hawaii. I wanted to go for a simple spaghetti with hot smoked salmon until a few appetizers caught my eye. so decided to serve the seasonal asparagus in brown butter and crispy wobble. it was perfectly cooked with a mauric rich. on a bed of spicy Borlotti beans followed another starter of crispy otopus. fantastic. that's what it's about in a local pub. miso local.br< br>/ main update: do not go here without the buffalo wings order! yummy.
The barstaff at this restaurant provided excellent service and were very friendly. They make delicious cocktails, especially during happy hour. The selection of beers was also good. The food was tasty and served quickly, although the portion sizes were a bit small. The decor of the restaurant was cool and had a traditional dim pub feel.
Unusual menu but otherwise a good place for a few drinks and food. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
Lovely lunch at The Prince Arthur today. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Both the veggie and meat Sunday roasts were satisfyingly well prepared and the freshly made Madeleines with apricot jam crowned the meal. Great experience.
