Food was decent, however the service at this establishment is appalling.They took an order from the person who came after me at the counter BEFORE me whilst asking ME to wait. They forgot my sides, when I politely mentioned to them that they had forgotten it, they decide to take my main away, so I had to run after the server to get it back.I was offered NO apology for their mistake, no apology for the fact I had to run after the server to get my dish back, and no apology for having to wait for the rest of my food to arrive whilst the other went cold.They even went around to each table and avoided mine.Total lack of professionalism, I've formally written an email to them and have not received any response.They do not care about customer satisfaction or feedback.I would think twice before going, which is a shame as the food is good but the service is just a total let down.

Lovely rooftop brunch on a lovely summers day. Loads of stairs without any signs for lift access and a few mistakes with our food but when it was correct, it was delicious.Bobs Brunch was a favourite and we all loved it!

We enjoyed a lovely brunch on the rooftop terrace on a gorgeous summer day. The restaurant had a few issues with elevator access and service, but when the food was served correctly, it was delicious. Bob's brunch was a standout favorite among us all.
