I ordered food from KFC in Stoke Newington and was shocked to receive old chicken that appeared to have been made the day before. The chips were burnt, the chicken burger was hard and stale. I was really looking forward to my meal after a long day at work, but it was a huge disappointment.
Disgusted with the terrible service given in this branch. Was FORCED to pay for large fries and drink as they didn’t have medium cup size or medium fries size. However when finally given order I was given medium drink size and medium fries size even though paid for large. Not happy with service given and will NEVER be going to this branch again.
I dont think masks for chin. Why staff doesnt wear mask properly? And why i see the ‘manager’ always having argument with customers or drivers and says them i dont serve to you go out!! Why? Disrespectfull manager...
This KFC is the worst I have ever experienced. I have visited multiple times, hoping it was just a bad day, but consistently have had a negative experience. While I know what to expect from KFC, it is not pleasant to feel sick after every visit to this location. Additionally, the service is very slow.
I have been to better KFC locations. The food is okay, but the staff appears slow and disinterested. The woman who served us had a bad attitude and seemed unwilling to help. The tables and floors were dirty and in need of cleaning, but the staff were just standing behind the counter doing nothing.
