I called the restaurant to inform them, and the lad... read more I spent £55 on my order an hour ago. When I received the order, there was a chow mein missing (I ordered 2). I called the restaurant to inform them, and the lady on the phone said she would speak to the delivery driver and call me back. However, I did not receive a call back. Instead, 15 minutes later, the delivery driver and a person I assumed was one of the owners knocked on my door. They asked why I had called and accused me of only receiving one bag of food instead of two in a rude manner. I was confused as to why both the driver and owner had come together, and I was shocked to be falsely accused. The driver said they would go back to the restaurant and bring the missing chow mein. After waiting nearly an hour, nothing was brought. I called the restaurant, and the same lady I had spoken to earlier told me that she had put the chow mein in the order and accused me of lying. She mentioned checking the CCTV. I was appalled by the treatment I received, especially after being a loyal customer for over 5 years. I asked her to check the CCTV, but I have decided never to order from them again due to their disgusting and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant.
