Ordered a simple jacket potato meal however half way th... read more Second time I have visited this establishment first time I enjoyed my meal and could not wait to return. Ordered a simple jacket potato meal however half way through my meal I realised that there was a long curly black hair on my salad....should of complained straight away but as I was restricted to have a quick work lunch I decided to leave the salad with the hair on and let them know at the end of my meal in the hope that I would get at least an apology as I did not want to cause a scene as I really liked the place. Contrary to my actions I was treated like a common criminal as I was told that they would be searching the surveillance video and if I ever showed my face again I would be charged double. A very rude waitress may I add who had not even served me then interjected to say the hair was not black and long and along with the Manager started to be very rude and abusive towards me. Even though all the waitresses about 3 all had long black wavy hair!!!!!! Needless to say I will not be returning to this cafe and advise any future customers to be extremely vigilant and make sure if you have any issues with food to make it known as soon as possible .
