Nestled in the heart of Hackney, this charming bar boasts an eclectic atmosphere, vibrant live music, and a top-notch beer selection, especially for Guinness enthusiasts. While the space is intimate, it transforms into a lively venue during gigs, attracting a diverse crowd eager for a memorable night out. However, issues have arisen regarding the treatment of patrons and performing artists, with some disappointing reports of management's behavior and concerns over the lack of compensation for musicians. Despite these critiques, many locals cherish the bar's character and its role as a hub for live entertainment and camaraderie.

Was Ohm at Biddle Bros a mag?
Been driving past here for a few years (always noticed a crowd outside on the weekends) and wanted to check it out. Nice vibe and good crowd even on a Sunday. Bar karaoke staff were lovely! Will be coming back View all feedback.

What BLAKE ANTHONY ROBSON dislikes about Biddle Bros:
Yes, it's a decent bar and one of the main draws is the live music but what you may not know is that the owner doesn't pay the musicians. Why should musicians be expected to perform for free while the bar is making money? It's truly disgraceful. The owner should be ashamed of themselves. View all feedback.

Best pub ever but please don't come here because it'll ruin my time there because I really enjoy a quiet pint by myself

A Hackney institution, only comment would be for a better variety of bottled beer, maybe a few beers from the world, otherwise a unique place

Biddle Bros is a gem of a bar with a good atmosphere and reasonable drinks prices. I absolutely refuse to set foot in there again though until they part ways with Nicky, the woman who does the karaoke on Sunday evenings. She's disorganised, stressed, but worst of all rude to the customers. She very publically insulted my partner tonight while he was trying to give her (pre-arranged) assistance in managing the karaoke crowd control. Bearing in mind he gave up his evening to try and help her, she arrived 2 hrs later than planned, dismissed his ideas, told him to effectively be her bouncer, and then had a go at him for not mopping up spilt drinks (and to humiliate him further it was in front of a microphone so that everyone could hear). Even though he doesn't actually work there and was just trying to help! At this point my boyfriend walked out in disgust. You'll not have our custom again until this woman has gone. What a shame.
