My boyfriend and I dined at the restaurant on a Tuesday night, and we had a wonderful experience. The service was prompt, and the food was outstanding. As soon as we were seated, we were offered bread, which was a nice gesture. The menu featured a diverse array of options. The only drawback was that we were at a very small table, which made it challenging to fit our orders comfortably. Additionally, it was somewhat noisy inside. Overall, it was a lovely evening, but there were a few minor issues that prevented me from giving it a five-star rating.
The menu is extensive and the portion sizes are generous. We visited for dinner, and even at 5 PM, the place was bustling with patrons. They have a great selection of appetizers, including delicious fried shrimp. The main courses were satisfactory, but the real draw here is the impressive variety of cheesecakes.
When I got home and opened my bag, I was really disappointed to discover that my meal wasn't what I had ordered. Instead of the chicken and broccoli pasta, I received something completely different. This experience has genuinely let me down. I've been a loyal customer at the Cheesecake Factory for years, and I would be more than willing to revise my review if my issue is addressed.
The service was outstanding, and the main course was delicious. Unfortunately, I have to give it two stars due to the dessert I took home. The slice of cake was broken into pieces and seemed to have been carelessly thrown into the takeout container. I spent $9.50 on something I ultimately had to throw away, as I didn't feel safe eating it in that state. I would appreciate it if someone from Cheesecake could contact me to discuss how this situation can be resolved.

I truly adore this restaurant! The food is always excellent and of top-notch quality. We've been visiting The Cheesecake Factory for more than a decade, and it always manages to surpass our expectations.
The atmosphere at The Cheesecake Factory met my expectations perfectly. What impressed me most was how quickly we were seated, the swift delivery of our meals, the timely drink refills, and the friendly demeanor of the staff. Our waiter was particularly warm and welcoming to the kids, which I appreciated as a mom who sometimes feels outnumbered. The food was delicious, although my teenager didn’t enjoy the pasta being cooked al dente. We all tried several cheesecakes, which were, as always, outstanding!
I finally tried brunch at The Cheesecake Factory, and it was wonderful! I highly recommend indulging in the strawberry dessert—it’s absolutely delicious. Every dish was beautifully presented. The staff were consistently polite and attentive. Plus, they offer their famous bread and butter during brunch, which is a must-have!
We celebrated my spouse’s birthday today with a fantastic filet mignon dinner that was truly delicious! He enjoyed every single bite. Huge thanks to the chef! Every dish we tried, from the Impossible Burger to the angel hair pasta with shrimp, was delightful!

I had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant. I ordered my usual Chicken Madeira, but this time it came with only about 4 ounces of chicken. The rest of the plate was mostly cheese, which didn't justify the $18 price tag. Our bread order included only the dark bread, and unfortunately, it was stale and inedible. After about 10 minutes, we were served another batch of stale bread. Eventually, we noticed our waitress taking sourdough bread from another table and bringing it to us, but she handled it with her bare hands. We also ordered green tea, but instead received mint tea. When I spoke to the manager about our experience, I learned that the restaurant has been reducing its chicken portions. Previously, they served around 8 ounces, but now it's down to just 3-4 ounces in all main dishes.
