I initially had reservations about dining at a restaurant in a strip mall, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was! The full service we received was excellent. Ordering a cake was a breeze, with quick and easy service in person. They offer a wide variety of both hard and soft ice creams, including the delicious Fudgey the Whale. With all due respect, Carvel, your ice cream is good BUT NOT worth it without the crunchies. I bought a cake for the family yesterday, Monday, September 24th and there were NO crunchies inside!! The salesgirl assured me there were. I realize some cakes say Vanilla Only or whatever but there were no limitations on this box!! VERY disappointed AND i am a frequent customer. View all feedback.
The customer service must be better. the personal is too distracted to talk to each other, they have two of my commands wrong.
Wow I can't believe how good the customer service was the ingwer, I don't know their names, but the customer service was amazing, she helped me and my family she was very friendly and patient I recommend to come here it has great sanitary great customer service and friendliness patient and applause for the ingwer.
They made my birthday cake so beautiful. they did good work. my job was on time, and the workers were really nice. I'm so glad they made my childhood pancake. thanks!

A pretty good selection of ice cream. The ice cream itself is a tad bit on the sweeter side but the waffle cones were good. The place feels a bit dated so they should refresh the interior. Otherwise I do recommend going there.
