I ordered arroz con gandules with pernil and two alcapurrias to go, but they weren't ready by the time I finished my meal—only one was prepared. Be cautious, as they automatically add a 20% tip to your bill without asking. Overall, not good service at all.

The food didn't impress me, and the thing that annoyed me the most was the automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill. I would recommend staying away from this place; it’s not worth it!

I had beans and rice with roasted pork, and it was incredibly tender with a delicious flavor. The waiter, who is also the owner, greeted us as soon as we walked in. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! The service was fantastic!

However, I was quite frustrated by the mandatory tip. I typically prefer to tip based on the service I receive, and I often give more than the suggested amount. By forcing a tip, you've actually lost out on what I would have given! Despite this, I will definitely return because I love this restaurant and highly recommend it!

There's also an extra tip line and a suggested tip chart, so it's easy to overlook and end up giving more if you're not paying attention.
