I recently visited this restaurant with my daughter and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to the poor service. While we waited to be attended to, a young woman was sweeping the floor with her headphones on, completely unaware of our presence. Then, a young man walked behind the counter, looked at us, rolled his eyes, and walked right by without acknowledging us. After waiting another five minutes without any help, we decided to leave. It was a terrible experience, and it felt like no one was willing to make an effort. I will certainly not be coming back.

We got exactly what we wanted, and it was served fairly quickly. During our visit, there was only one employee handling both the orders and the food preparation. He worked efficiently, but I can't help but wonder how things would go if a large crowd showed up for coffee. They might have more staff available in that case. Maybe my experience was just a one-off situation.

This place runs out of baked goods and donuts by 1:00 PM, which is quite amusing. I honestly can’t grasp how they continue to be in business under these circumstances.

I ordered a coffee, and Marixsa made it just right. It was the first and best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'. I didn't even need to add any sugar, which is unusual for me since I usually like it extra sweet! I truly appreciated her friendly service. I make it a point to return to the store when she's on shift so I can enjoy my coffee with a smile.

We got what we wanted and it was fairly quick. When we were there, there was a single worker which was taking the orders and making them himself. He was fast but i am not sure what would happen when a lot of people come to get coffee. They might have a lot of workers there. Maybe that was a one time thing i came across.

The young girl working there is amazing! She manages the counter all on her own and brews coffee by herself. Every order is correct and prepared in just seconds! I've never had a problem. It’s always a pleasure to visit!

I recently went to Dunkin' with my daughter and ended up waiting a long time to be served. A young woman was sweeping the floor while wearing headphones and didn’t seem to notice us at all. Then, a young man came behind the counter, glanced our way, rolled his eyes, made a noise with his teeth, and walked away without saying a word. After waiting another five minutes with no help, we decided to leave. It was a terrible experience, and it seems like no one wants to work there anymore. I won’t be coming back.

Coffe!!!!!!!!??

Today around 4 PM, I visited Dunkin' to order an iced coffee using the new coupons I received in the mail. While waiting in line, a male staff member hurriedly tried to get my attention. I ordered an iced coffee with sugar-free hazelnut, cream, and Splenda. As he prepared my drink, I carefully tore the coupon to avoid damaging the serial code and handed it to him. He became visibly upset while trying to scan it. I told him he should have helped me if there was an issue, but he angrily threw the coupon back and didn’t give me my drink. He questioned whether I was going to pay, giving me the impression he thought I was trying to get my order for free, even though I intended to pay using the coupon. When I asked for the manager, I was cursed at and told to wait outside or come back another day. I tried calling corporate, but no one answered. I don’t know if the manager will see this, but I had an awful experience—I have never had anything like this at any Dunkin' location before. I’m not sure I’ll return, and I will definitely tell everyone to avoid this place and check out another spot on the menu instead.

On October 2, 2020, at 7:40 AM, a worker refused to follow my instructions when I asked her to make sure the cheese on both of my sausage egg and cheese sandwiches was toasted. Frustrated, I left and went to another location. Other places have no problem accommodating my requests. After all, it’s going into my stomach, and I’m the one paying for it. Thanks.
