I rated this restaurant four stars mainly because of the manager with braided hair who greeted us with a smile. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great overall. The person at the tortilla station who started our order barely acknowledged us or showed any interest in helping. The line was quite messy, and the queso dip looked old and soggy. Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The workers are BEYOND RUDE. They don’t care about the customer whatsoever and I’ve been going here a couple of times just because it’s close to me. The food is always cold, old, and either burnt, overcooked, or not cut correctly. The workers gave me so much attitude when I asked for chicken and they gave me less than HALF A SCOOP for my portion. The servers all have an attitude. They are not friendly and INTENTIONALLY and SPITEFULLY give customers small meat portions and food portions. You have to ask them to give you the right servings. They serve customers without the willingness to serve and will speak very disrespectfully when confronted. This entire store needs NEW management. Let me also add all the health department violations from dirty counter tops. Employee today said he does not give a F$ ! about what customers say in the google reviews about their attitudes. Well it most certainly shows in the quality of their work. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.
They didn't have chicken, no peppers and onions, guacamole, or steak and it was still 1 hour and 10 minutes left until close. they just didn't want to make more. i end up getting spicy steak and while eating in 9 to 10 more people came to order. worst Chipotle i went to in my life. never will go back and i live in the area. they was even giving me faces while i was ordering.
I ordered here from Uber eats. The first time they barley gave me any food and like 3 pieces of steak. Should have listened to myself when i said I wasn't going to order from them again but i got Hungry and chipotle is the closest to my job. This time the portion amount was good but i left A note with the Uber app saying small amount of hot salsa. They drowned my food with hot salsa. It was so much i couldn't even eat it. It wasn’t even like a normal drizzle either. Like my entire bowl was drenched with hot salsa. My stomach is on fire from just a couple of bites. So another $15 down the drain. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING from this chipotle again. I think I’ve learned my lesson.
The best personal from all chipotles in the opposite! go on 3 minutes and go to route 4 safe their good ghosts and energy our fellow workers in this they serve as in a prison eating movie! run away from here!
I had a terrible experience with a server at this restaurant today. She brought me a pan full of extremely spicy salsa, and now my mouth and throat are burning. She never mentioned that the salsa was extra hot before serving it, and to make matters worse, she served it with a smirk on her face. This isn't just thoughtless; it's downright cruel. Food rating: 1/5.

I rated this restaurant four stars mainly because of the manager with braided hair who greeted us with a smile. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't great overall. The person at the tortilla station who started our order barely acknowledged us or showed any interest in helping. The line was quite messy, and the queso dip looked old and soggy. I understand it's a Saturday and that people are looking forward to going home, but if you're working in food service, shouldn’t you strive to treat customers the way you'd like to be treated? It's disheartening to see the decline in customer service and cleanliness. As for the food, it was a bit salty, but still decent.
The staff at this restaurant is very pleasant and friendly, and the place is clean. However, it was a busy Friday night, and there might be some room for improvement in food presentation. The sofrito was delicious, and I ordered tacos to take away. After a 15-minute drive, the tacos didn't seem to travel very well, which is understandable. The taco shells were broken rather than whole, and the fillings appeared to be just haphazardly placed inside. I ordered on two separate occasions, and it seems like the sour cream isn’t being added inside the tacos.
