At... read more I've been a regular customer for a few months, usually ordering iced coffee with cream and sugar. However, the preparation has been consistently unreliable. At times, my drink is overloaded with cream and lacks both coffee and sugar; other times, it's mostly coffee with no cream or sugar whatsoever. It's quite rare for it to be made properly. Furthermore, my boyfriend discovered a cockroach leg in his bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. I find the Dunkin' Donuts on 80th Street to have a much friendlier staff and they consistently get my coffee order right.

I don’t come here often, but it’s a convenient spot to grab a quick coffee and snack. When I do stop by, the service is usually fast and polite, making it a decent choice.

The last time, I ordered hot matcha tea and clearly requested no sugar, but I was given a cup that was full of sweetness. When I pointed it out, they said the matcha already contains sweetener and refused to make me a new drink. You would think that if customers ask for no sugar, the staff would mention if the drink is already sweetened, but apparently, that’s not the case here.
