I don’t come here often, but it’s a convenient spot to grab a quick coffee and snack. When I do stop by, the service is usually fast and polite, making it a decent choice.

The last time, I ordered hot matcha tea and clearly requested no sugar, but I was given a cup that was full of sweetness. When I pointed it out, they said the matcha already contains sweetener and refused to make me a new drink. You would think that if customers ask for no sugar, the staff would mention if the drink is already sweetened, but apparently, that’s not the case here.

The manager always seems unhappy and often ta... read more I’ve noticed reports about unequal treatment of people of color at this Dunkin’, and I can confirm that it’s true. The manager always seems unhappy and often takes out her frustrations on everyone, including her employees, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable every time I visit for coffee. On top of that, my drinks are frequently made incorrectly and don’t taste right. I haven’t experienced these issues at any other Dunkin’ locations. I genuinely believe the problem comes down to the manager’s style of training and how she interacts with her team. This location is a complete mess; it doesn’t operate like any other Dunkin’, and my orders are consistently wrong. It’s unacceptable, rude, and completely unnecessary. The manager could really use some professional guidance.

At... read more I've been a regular customer for a few months, usually ordering iced coffee with cream and sugar. However, the preparation has been consistently unreliable. At times, my drink is overloaded with cream and lacks both coffee and sugar; other times, it's mostly coffee with no cream or sugar whatsoever. It's quite rare for it to be made properly. Furthermore, my boyfriend discovered a cockroach leg in his bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. I find the Dunkin' Donuts on 80th Street to have a much friendlier staff and they consistently get my coffee order right.
