Stayed for a weekend at the chalet and will definitely come back. Felt very much at home with the service provided, having excellent dinner and enjoying the outdoor SPA after hiking the surrounding mountains. View all feedback.

The food was average but very expensive. Definitely not worth the money they charge you. The waitress that was mainly there for us wasn't very friendly and inviting. We went there just to eat. The room was pretty cold and we had to wear a jacket since they didn't want to close the door. Apparently it was damaged and if they close it they couldn't get in anymore. We have made a stopover at the Handeck restaurant several times and consumed a small snack or just a coffee. We have always had extremely friendly service. Many thanks to the service team! The surroundings are impressive too. Service: 5 Location: 4
Feedback about the restaurant (we did not stay at the hotel). A good option to have lunch while waiting for the cable car (which is nearby). The service and staff are excellent. Soup with sausages and ribs were very tasty, but both children's dishes were disappointing: the schnitzel was very dry and hard, and the chicken was very overcooked (all the more so for a child). Zimmer sehr schön, Wellnessbereich angemessen, schöne Lage und sehr freundliches Personal. Leider war das Essen bei diesen Preisen weit unter den Erwartungen. Gratis Kinderbuffet war ungenießbar. Freundlicher Empfang im Hotel. Es wurde uns ohne danach zu fragen der Preis für ein Doppelzimmer reduziert, da dies kurzfristig nur vo einer Person belegt wurde Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
