1st time eating here and we love it. Large portions and quality ingredients. This is now our favorite Mexican restaurant. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
What User doesn't like about Jalapeño Grill:
The food was very good, and the ambiance was lovely. However, we had to deal with several flies throughout our meal, which was quite bothersome. We ended up covering our food with napkins between bites. This is the only reason I am giving it a lower rating. View all feedback.

Great food, good service, nice atmosphere. Highly recommend making the jaunt up from Clarksville for some good Mexican food.
Dining in the restaurant is enjoyable, but takeout can be inconsistent. I ordered beef nachos with the chips kept separate from the toppings to prevent them from getting soggy. This is a straightforward request that most Mexican restaurants can handle, but unfortunately, it didn't work out here. I tried calling to speak with the manager, but they always seem to be on a break.
