My main part of my order was a bacon, egg cheese biscuit. I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got to my destination to eat my breakfast, it was just a biscuit. There was no egg, bacon, no cheese. When I called, she said no one is perfect we all make mistakes. I get it but a little more apology empathy would have been nice. View all feedback.
