This is the best pizza I've ever had!! It was delivered quickly and fresh, still hot despite the heavy traffic at the beach. The staff are the nicest people, very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this place. View all feedback.
What MenuPix User doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
Terrible experience. I ordered multiple items from this restaurant and the delivery time on the app said around 7 pm, but my order never arrived. I tried calling multiple times but nobody answered the phone. I paid using PayPal and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. I will be getting a refund for my order. View all feedback.
Ordered online, went and took it up. terrible execution of the pizza. it was hot, but that was all good. and there was hardly one. hardly had sauce and our hand was as flat as the thin crust we had ordered. very bad experience. tried like a more expensive cracker. I will try orange beach next time with the drive.
During our city break, my friends and I decided to order some affordable pizzas for our hotel room. We chose Domino's because I could easily place my favorite order in advance. However, I made a mistake with the time zone difference and arrived an hour early for our pizza pickup. Despite this, the friendly staff quickly made our pizzas on the spot. It was a lifesaver when we were tired and hungry, especially with hungry teenagers in the group. The pizzas tasted just like the cheap ones we usually enjoy back at home. Overall, it was a great experience and saved us from a potential disaster with hungry teenagers.
The pizza looked appetizing and tasted delicious, arriving hot. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend ordering through their app, which provides an estimated time for delivery or pick-up. The service and quality of the pizza have definitely improved since previous orders.
The worst costume service I've ever experienced. was an hour before the visit in the load. After talking to the manager, he said: “Yes, we don’t answer the phone.” While I waited for my pizza, I could hear that he talks badly about me and other costumes.
Charging my card and not providing the item ordered is theft. This location is nothing but problems, and I'm tired of trying to get things solved through phones they don't answer along with emails that are not returned.Ordered food tonight after we got to work. Order went through, used my points, charged my card... 10$ tip on top. Order canceled and says contact store Basically livid at this point because #1 the store never answers the phone, and #2 I'm pretty sure the ringer is just turned off. I've had problems before and they wouldn't answer the phone, so tonight is no different.Tonight however they cancel my order and run my card... Can't even have the decency to call me and explain what happened, but billed me anyway. I of course try to call them and as always... no one answers. Imagine that. So tonight I basically have them commit credit card fraud, or theft, take your pick.Every time I order from this location there's a problem with my order in some shape or form. Last time they were out of a topping, but didn't bother to ask me if there was something else or add more of another... just didn't include it, and barely covered it with cheese. Time before that my pizza was not cooked fully, and the time before that as well. One pizza I received was still dough and I literally had to toss it in the oven to cook until it was edible. I really don't care what the excuse is at this point either.I'd say I'd expect a call back, but I know I won't get one. The last time I had a problem I never got a call back either despite calling corporate. These problems have been ongoing since last year with no change. I normally bite my tongue because when you're hungry it's food... Unless the franchise's owner wants to do something nothing will change either.
