It didn't pose a problem to them and I had the right to an entry and a dish full of flavors, finesse and originality. In short, a delight. Thank you!

Not a lot of publicity, in... read more One of the reasons I visit France is to get magnificent food and drink, mainly food. This restaurant is an excellent exemplar for me. Not a lot of publicity, in fact it took 4 attempts to get my phone enquiry answered within an hour of opening time. But eventually we were all rewarded with a successful visit. Service is exactly right, a combination of youth and experience, with near-perfect delivery. The wines were super value and interesting as I had a new-to-me Alsace blend or mélange. The soufflé was perfect, my steak was à point, and the tête de veau was cooked to perfection. The pace of service is exactly right, no hurry but also no long gaps where nothing happens. Lots of lively chatter in the background from exclusively French groups. Maybe tourists or appreciative local residents. Why am I moving on to somewhere else, I could eat here several times again…..
