If you’re near buy I would go but I traveled far because I was told it was good. I wouldn’t again. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t that good. I wish the bakery was open.Food: 2/5 View all feedback.
There have been several problems, such as when I ordered a Broccoli and Cheese Soup in a bread bowl. They were out of bread bowls but didn’t inform me of it, despite that being my main reason for ordering. I also didn’t receive any credit for not getting the bread bowl. On another occasion, I ordered a Mozzarella en Carrozza Sandwich to heat at home, which was advertised with a sauce for dipping. Unfortunately, the sauce wasn’t included. When I inquired about it, they informed me that sauce is only provided when the item is heated by them. Since I didn’t have sauce at home, I incurred an additional expense to buy some. I had also ordered an Eggplant Sandwich on ciabatta bread, but they mistakenly made it with fried dough instead. These concerns have been raised with them. Recently, during a visit to their Downtown location, I purchased some baked goods for exactly $25 in cash. I found it puzzling how the amount came out to be exact, with no tax added. When I reached out, they explained that they don’t keep change in the cash drawer, so they round down for the customer’s benefit. However, I wondered about the tax revenue the state might be losing out on because of this policy. In another order I placed through DoorDash, I received the wrong soup because they were out of stock of what I ordered. Without my knowledge, they substituted it for a completely different soup. Initially, when I contacted them, they told me to address the issue with DoorDash. However, it wasn’t the delivery service that decided to change my meal; it was Three Girls. After back-and-forth communication through calls and emails, they finally agreed that I could come by and pick up the correct soup. Given that this particular White Bean Soup cost over $17, I was eager to resolve this. I kept checking their website, but the soup was not listed on the menu for nearly a month. Ultimately, I decided to call again and request a $17 credit to select something else, as none of the other soups being offered appealed to me. This time, I ended up speaking to one of the owners. She began the conversation in a rather unfriendly manner, suggesting that they had already given me ample time to come by for the replacement soup.
I can't express just how incredible this place is. I travel for work, but I always make a point to stop by whenever I'm in Connecticut. The food here is absolutely fantastic—everything you can imagine has a vegan twist! I appreciate that they regularly change their menu offerings. Every penny spent is worth it because you're getting high-quality, homemade vegan dishes. I adore everything on the menu. The cutlet sandwich is always a favorite, and I also love their homemade cheeses and desserts!

Our family always stops and gets supplies here when we come to visit. They always get us the cannoli dip, which is ridiculously good! This time we tried the fresh mozzarella balls, ricotta, pepper jack, and block mozzarella. Everything was fabulous but especially the mozzarella balls! Can't wait to visit them again and try more :
