Original Review:Stopped by here at lunch and totally regret it. I ordered the zinger box combo and regret my decision. Today I had non-stop diarrhea/stomach cramps and had to go home early from work. It was such an embarrassment. The staff were nice but food handling techniques need to be reviewed ASAP.Edit:KFC head office and the manager here made things right. That is how you treat customers. Thank you!

Ordered 6 PC's bucket chicken. It was all very greasy. Not worth it. You lost a customer for

Cold clammy chicken and a congealed amalgamation of fries stuck together with no salt. Of the 2 times I went, both the same. Smells like a sewer half the time, understaffed, they don't give you your receipt, and get an attitude for asking for the receipt. The last time I went it took 10 minutes for just 2 small sliders, and it was horrible, the bread was chalky crumbling apart, way too much mayo on it, maybe they were hoping it'd hide how pathetic the chicken was, or rather the gray matter they tried to pass it off as, considering it was triple fried in old oil.TLDR, don't go here unless you like nasty food and having stomach problems.

Long driveway waiting, Since this KFC is opened it’s always long wait in the driveway.Worst food cooked in same old oil, Filthy and garbage food and same is their customer service. Never give receipts. They don’t give you receipts. They call you liar on your face when you ask for it. Neha and that old healthy big lady need to be fired from their job. They never refunded for filthy and garbage order.

Staff in silver creek location is very rude… I went for work there bcz they mentioned everywhere for hiring Bt the lady said there are no any hiring evenly they had hiring on that location, I thinkPeople are very mean to their own work nd for their own earnings.
