This experience has made me hesitant to return.

The food is poorly prepared, tastin... read more The drive-thru wait at this KFC is consistently lengthy. Since it first opened, I've encountered delays each time I visited. The food is poorly prepared, tasting as if it has been fried in old oil, making for a greasy and unappetizing meal. Customer service is equally disappointing; they do not provide receipts and have even accused me of lying when I requested one. The staff, particularly Neha and an older, larger woman, display unprofessional behavior and should be replaced. They have never offered a refund for the substandard food I received.

I visited in search of a job since they had advertised openings everywhere, but the woman I spoke with insisted there were no positions available, even though they were clearly hiring. It seems that some individuals can be quite inconsiderate regarding their work and potential earnings.
