It is unfortunate that a restaurant like NORMS does not have trained people to serve customers and that they are not careful with the food they offer. Service was slow, food tasted kinda funny, very busy. Ordered a chicken fried steak and got fried chicken with chicken gravy.

Food was good except the New York steak was a little bit too chewy. The new "Fizzy "drinks are not really fizzy and they say they put Boba in them but it 's really tapioca pearls.
Food much Better than ihope or denis this was my first time in this place. food test great. and fresh that’s what i love. the server was great very friendly and courteous.i all stick around with Norms for now great place
