Umso grösser ist die Freude, wenn man das beste japanaische Restaurant im Hotel hat und in den Schweizer Bergen eine solche Gaumenfreude geniessen darf. Der Service war super und das Essen ebenso. Der Silvercod ist besonders empfehlenswert.

Upon our Arrival we were told... read more My wife and I reserved a table in the morning of January 6th for the evening and the table was confirmed for 2 that evening 21:00. Upon our Arrival we were told by the Chef de Service that we had a reservation, however, we did not have a reservation. He again confirmed the reservation and that we should wait in the bar. I offered him to have the dinner at the bar which was declined. I thereafter asked how long we would have to wait and I was told that I would have to wait at least 45 minutes or more. I was quite upset as this gentleman had waisted my time and they could have told me that the restaurant was full in the morning and I could have decided for another restaurant. I was not offered another option and the Chef de Service just laughed at me. All in all a very disappointing experience considering that I have a residence in the area and I also visit restaurants regulary outside the high season during Christmas and the last two weeks of February. I would have expected an apology but instead I witnessed a total lack of customer service.
