I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, but it actually took an hour, and the staff seemed surprised when I arrived to pick it up. They definitely need more employees and should improve their takeout handling. This is the second consecutive time I've experienced this. Additionally, why aren't your weekly specials available for online takeout orders?
