Was Mark Kline at Olla Cov a mag?
Really tasty...worth the hype I've been seeing. Birria ramen was amazing, as was the Pollo Asado.Do note... it's a small place with limited indoor seating...plan accordingly. It appears to do a lot of carryout...also, order at the front and take a seat of eating it. View all feedback.

Olla never disappoints. The quesadilla was excellent. The burrito is filling and delicious. It is the best in the area!
Everything was seasoned beautifully. Huge portion sizes. salmon quesadilla went crazyyyyy
The food is excellent, but be ready for a long wait. There's always a line. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes, but it actually took an hour, and the staff seemed surprised when I arrived to pick it up. They definitely need more employees and should improve their takeout handling. This is the second consecutive time I've experienced this. Additionally, why aren't your weekly specials available for online takeout orders?
Every time I visit this restaurant, I always leave feeling extremely happy! Everything is consistently excellent and bursting with flavor. I particularly enjoy their Birria tacos and spicy margaritas!
I highly recommend the Birria grilled cheese and tacos!
