We were waiting for someone to take our orde... read more The woman who typically works at the bakery has a terrible attitude. This isn’t the first issue we've had with her. We were waiting for someone to take our order, and when we tried to get her attention by saying "excuse me," she simply glanced at us and walked away without acknowledging us. Frustrated, we chose to leave. This behavior is utterly unacceptable. If she’s unable to do her job properly, she might want to consider looking for a new one. When I called to speak with a manager, I’m sure she didn’t pass on our complaint. She is the most difficult person I have ever encountered.

This means I'll have to return to Panera to resolve the issue. After this experience, I've decided this will be my last time using their service. Furthermore, the older lady at the counter was quite rude and unprofessional—she even cursed at me. The only reason I'm considering going back is that I'm hungry and didn’t have time to make breakfast this morning. Honestly, I wish I could rate them with no stars at all.

Thanks to her, I managed to make it to my office meeting on time. She truly made my day!

We always order food the night before. Large family, lots of items. Some days they forget to include items in the order. Today they said they were out of souffl... read more We always order food the night before. Large family, lots of items. Some days they forget to include items in the order. Today they said they were out of souffles, and when I arrived at the store, two were on the counter. A different type than I ordered,but I accepted them as a replacement. We took them home to eat, and they were all liquid on the inside. Severely undercooked.Overall, you'll probably get a good experience, but always check that you received what you ordered, and the food is to thequality you expect.

Smaller than a lot I've been to, but everyone at the register are incredibly friendly! My husband and I have the Sip Club, and highly recommend! Food is normally correct, too! My husband or I (or both) are here almost every day,it's a cool place to go on a hot day after work, and a great place to take the kid sibling out on a date, too!
