Asked for more and was charged an extra $4.50 for... read more So disappointed with the food tonight. Ordered lamb shank. Was bland and served with a small amount of gravy. Asked for more and was charged an extra $4.50 for a small jug even though I showed the waitress the stingy amount that was on the plate. I've owned my own restaurant so I know how the little things can mean a lot. Being charged for an extra bit of packet gravy just doesn't cut the mustard. Service: 4

Equip... read more Very nice family-run hotel. It's just outside of Greymouth on the main road, but the room is very quiet. The rooms are cozy, the bathroom was very modern. Equipment everything you need. We even did our laundry here. Super nice and courteous service that helped us with how to use the washing machine as well as lots of tips on possible excursions.
