The cashier Shwron was very nice and courteous to not only me, but the other customers she waited on. She was very patient and took the time to answer all questions I had about the menu. Also I noticed her wiping down tables in between customers. She appeared to be an exceptionally hard worker. If I had the power to do so I would give her a raise. View all feedback.
What Mia Washington doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Been in line waiting on a door dash for 35 minutes. Person at drive thru speaker won't even pick up the headset for over 10 mins... so I just pulled forward ... edit: they jsut turned off the lights randomly while I'm waiting in line. I thought they were open 24 hr??? View all feedback.
They said it’s 24 hours and it’s not I went there recently and sat at the board for 30 minutes to an hour and no one took my order
Mali service, more than 1 hour and the automac service person attended to me and was rude, told me to hold on until he wanted
Please explain to me how this is a 24hr McDonalds. The last three times I have been there before 0400 I have gotten two: I 'm sorry, our system is offline until 0500 due to switching from dinner to breakfast, and one time they didn 't even answer the board. So please adjust your hours or get your employees to do their job!
It says it's open 24 hours, which is a lie. They close down between 330 and 430 am.
Sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes. When finally hot food the fries were barely warm and drink needed more ice.
